No delay or omission on the part of Propfolio in compelling execution by a third party of its duties will act as a waiver of any claim against that third party.

20. Severability / Survival

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by any court or authority of adequate jurisdiction, the validity, right, and enforceability of the remaining conditions shall not be impaired or broken, and any such provision shall be enforceable to the fullest degree permitted by law.

In such cases, the relevant terms will be altered to the minimum degree necessary to remedy any inconsistency, illegality, or unenforceability, while preserving to the greatest possible extent the primary rights, purposes, and intentions of the parties as expressed herein.

21. Whole Agreement

22. Governing Law / Statute of Limitations

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.

Any cause of action with respect to these Terms must be filed within six (6) months after the cause of action has arisen, or such cause will be barred, invalid, and void.
